Our Process
Every home and office is different. Every resident and business owner has unique wants and needs. We listen to how you live and work and translate your ideas into a custom design to create the perfect smart system for you, your family and your coworkers. We help guide the conversation to address concept, functionality and budget.
We provide a detailed
proposal that is easy to understand and walk you through the project and the budget. For commercial jobs, we provide schematics in CAD, VISIO and D-TOOLS. For residential jobs, we provide PDF floor plan diagrams. We speak “layperson" AND “techie” so we can communicate directly with the homeowner or with your architect or contractor.
Our highly trained technicians provide you with specific work days and times, communicate progress and changes and work with you until you are completely satisfied and personally trained. Our technical and customer service staff stands by our work and are available to answer questions, offer additional training and tweak your system if needed.
